"To explore one of the globally inspired ultra-luxury estates designed and developed by Nouri Group is to take a journey through unmatched elegance. Each home is a majestic testament to architectural prowess that harmonizes with its surroundings while embodying the cutting edge of contemporary design.

But to truly understand what sets Nouri Group apart, one needs to see how the innovative and inspiring designs take shape from their earliest phases. Michael Nouri and his team are doing far more than simply constructing ultra-luxury homes. They are crafting ultra-luxury living experiences — from design vision to final inspection and beyond — that are founded upon the unique needs of each of their clients.

“Luxury is not about excess, but about intention,” Nouri explains. “A house is a physical structure, while a living experience is how someone feels in that house every day.”

Michael Nouri is a trailblazer in the construction and real estate development sectors whose legacy took root with the conceptualization of the inaugural smart house in Encino, California, almost three decades ago. His approach to residential development combines entrepreneurial leadership and architectural innovation. Under his guidance, The Nouri Group aims to set a new standard for ultra-luxury residential living in Miami, offering private, exclusive estates designed for ultra-high-net-worth buyers seeking both prestige and a restorative living environment.

“We think carefully during our design process about flow, light, acoustics, privacy, and how spaces support real life, not just how they photograph,” Nouri says. “Each project results in a home designed around the way someone actually lives.”

Nouri Group homes employ an ultra-luxury process to achieve an ultra-luxury product

Bespoke designs are just the beginning of the experience Nouri Group offers its discerning clientele. It ensures its projects provide exceptional quality and luxury by infusing them with passion, edge, and precision.

“Those three words — passion, edge, and precision — do more than just describe the final product,” Nouri says. “They describe how we work on each project. Passion, for example, shows up in our level of personal involvement. We don’t treat projects as inventory. Each home matters to us, and we stay closely involved from concept through completion.”

Nouri’s commitment to push beyond what is typical in luxury residential design is what gives his projects an edge. Through architectural risk, unconventional materials, or ideas that are genuinely new to the market, Nouri Group residences exemplify significant innovation in design.

To ensure all the design elements and aspirations come together in a final product that is sound and satisfying, Nouri leverages an unparalleled level of precision in both design and execution. That precision becomes especially important when Nouri introduces innovative designs or systems that are unfamiliar to the approval and inspection process.

“Many of the concepts we pursue are innovative and not always standard, which can make city reviews and inspections more challenging,” Nouri explains. “Navigating that process — working closely with engineers, inspectors, and city departments to explain, document, and prove out new approaches while still meeting every code requirement — is a critical part of what we do. It requires patience, rigor, and a very high level of attention to detail to ensure innovation and compliance move forward together.”

Nouri Group’s Global Collection gives clients a home that reflects their identity

The Global Collection is one of Nouri Group’s latest design innovations. It’s a body of work based on the belief that a home can reflect identity and worldview as well as lifestyle.

“Many of our clients are internationally minded, well traveled, and culturally fluent,” Nouri shares. “They are not looking for a generic luxury home, but for something that resonates with who they are. We developed the concept of the Global Collection with those clients in mind.”

The Nouri Group project at 1075 Belle Meade Island in Miami, which is inspired by Japanese culture and design, is an example of the type of work that goes into homes in the Global Collection. The home’s design features a suspended bonsai garden surrounded by Shikoku granite waterfalls, cherry blossom accents, and other flourishes inspired by Japanese culture.

“Each global theme is interpreted through principles rather than imitation,” Nouri explains. “A European-inspired home might emphasize proportion, stonework, and a sense of permanence. A Mediterranean or Middle Eastern concept may focus on courtyards, water elements, and layered privacy. What matters most is understanding how people live within those cultures — how they gather, move through space, and experience calm — and then translating that understanding into a modern architectural language.”

While the Global Collection provides ultra-luxury clients with a fresh opportunity to experience next-level sophistication and personalization, it is founded upon the same design approach utilized in all Nouri Group projects. Each home is built with intention, designed with purpose, and crafted for the extraordinary, reflecting Michael Nouri’s commitment to creating living homes that are meaningful, personal, and enduring."
